RTR Accountant

We are looking for an experienced RTR Accoutnat, who will join a finance and acocutnacy teams within structers of an international production company that has it's branch in Warsaw.
As a part of RTR teams you will be dealing with various aspects of financial statemts, reproting and accouting.

Zadania:

Execute month-end closing procedures in compliance with established timelines and IFRS standards
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting requirements
Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of transactions
Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed
Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
Collaborate with managers to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making

Wymagania:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to RTR functions
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and their application in financial reporting processes
Experience in performing month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
Proficiency in handling fixed assets accounting, including depreciation calculations, impairment assessments, and asset reconciliations
Ability to conduct thorough account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in SAP being an advantage
