Technical Consultant WMS (Blue Yonder)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the functionality of the systems is in line with business needs.
• Checking the correct functioning of the applications.
• Troubleshooting of day-to-day problems with the applications.
• Supporting users in their work with WMS applications in our company office and in the customer's premises.
• Data analysis, creation of reports and documentation for the customer's needs.
• Creation of plans, cases, test scenarios and testing of new solutions.
• Potential on-call support.

• Experience in customer service in the area of WMS, participation in implementation projects in the area of planning and implementation of Supply Chain solutions and other logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Blue Yonder, JDA, RedPrairie including global solution design, implementation, testing and configuration of systems according to customer requirements to meet business needs.
• Extensive knowledge of Blue Yonder system optimisation.
• Good knowledge of SQL/MOCA.
• Experience in a customer contact role.
• Communication skills, ability to talk to customers so as to be able to accurately specify their requirements.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the English language.
