Sales Director
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead the commercial operations of our client – a well-established production company operating in the Polish market. This leadership role is essential for driving revenue growth, shaping the sales structure, and supporting the company’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company goals
- Take full ownership of monthly and year-to-date sales targets, ensuring delivery on revenue, margin, and EBITDA objectives
- Cultivate and expand strong relationships with existing clients, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market data to guide decision-making and uncover growth potential
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and oversee pricing strategy in line with business objectives
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic input to senior management
Candidate Profile:
- Several years of sales experience in a managerial or director-level role within a production company
- Strong track record in delivering sales growth
- Expertise in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and strategic negotiations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
