RTR Process Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of RTR accountants to ensure performance excellence and professional growth.
• Process Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: Ensure smooth and timely month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Operational Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other finance teams (OtC, PtP) and business units to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for senior management and external auditors on RTR-related matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Record to Report (RtR) processes, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SAP is essential.
• Language Skills: Communicative level of English (B2); French would be a plus.
• Finance Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• Mindset: Analytical, solution-oriented thinker with a proactive approach to process improvements.
