HR Administration Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administrative handling of employee contracts, from preparation to updates.
- Creating and managing reference letters and other HR documents for employees.
- Processing travel expenses, monitoring time and attendance, and overseeing company car management.
- Updating employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and ensuring data quality.
- Maintaining continuity in HR processes and supporting administrative operations optimization.
- Developing process documentation (e.g., operational procedures, job instructions).
- Identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes.
- Supporting new unit and process integration within HR.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English and German (B2).
- Experience in HR, ideally with a background in contract administration or HR administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and proficiency in data management.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- High-level communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
