Customer Service Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with candidates for recruitment meetings via phone and email in English and German.
- Supporting recruitment team in administrative tasks.
- Working in the HR system: tracking candidates, updating the status of recruitment processes, posting jobs adverts etc.
- Administration of the German employee referral program.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the German (min. B2)
- Knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience in one of the areas: Customer Service, Administration, HR.
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an added value.
