Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to customers through phone calls and messages,
- Crafting clear service instructions to enhance customer understanding of services,
- Efficiently managing transitions during changes in Internet Service Providers to ensure seamless experiences,
- Facilitating discussions with clients proposing changes to ensure alignment and clarity,
- Implementing system adjustments effectively to meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German at B2+/C1 level is required,
- Displaying a customer-focused mindset is essential,
- Exceptional organizational and communication proficiencies are a big asset,
- Ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
