Collections Specialist with German

Tasks:
- Initiating telephone contact with customers who have outstanding payments, in a polite and professional manner.
- Negotiating and finalizing repayment arrangements tailored to each customer’s individual financial situation.
- Analyzing customer accounts and ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date within internal systems.
- Documenting all interactions and agreements by preparing clear, well-structured notes and reports.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1–C2 level), both spoken and written – this is an essential requirement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging.
