AP Accountant

Key responsibilities:
- Check and input invoices for goods and services and send off for approval;
- Verify approval on all invoices;
- Chase invoices that are pending approvals;
- Investigate anomalies identified through the payment process;
- Reconcile supplier statements and direct debits payments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in AP,
- Knowledge of English C1 level,
- Must be able to use all MS Office, in particular Excell,
- Knowledge of German/French/Italian will be an asset,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
