Analyst with Dutch
For our client, one of the biggest insurance companies, we are looking for Analyst with Dutch language.

Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain internal databases and HR systems, including managing absence records and integrating employee data, as well as uploading relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with Dutch-speaking clients to ensure effective communication and service.
- Prepare and review HR and payroll documents for clients or external partners to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and address specific questions from employees.
- Provide assistance and support to users of the Workday system.
What you have to posess, to apply:
- Excellent Dutch and English skills (min. B2 level).
- Great MS Office skills.
- Close attention to the detail, strong analytical skills and well-organised workflow.
- Proclient behaviour.
Great to have:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday.
- Experience in HR data.
