Accounting Team Leader (14:00-22:00)
We're actively seeking an Accounting Team Leader for our esteemed client in Warsaw. In this role, you'll oversee accounting operations for the US region, making your working hours between 14:00 and 22:00.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising the accurate and correct processing of incoming and outgoing payments, as well as reconciling bank accounts and reporting cash flow
- Effectively managing the Accounting Team of 10 FTE (SSC)
- Communicating the company’s goals and objectives into manageable tasks for the team, ensuring full understanding among them
- Optimizing processes, analyzing client complaints, and conducting preventive actions for future reference
- Participating in project rollouts, training, and supporting SSC in implementing new process improvements
Our requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree
- Have preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounting
- Have at least 1 year of experience in team management capacity
- Fluent English
- Availability between 14:00 and 22:00
- Proven ability in people management, and ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members
- Experience in planning, initiating and following through to meet objectives
- Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes
