Workday Finance Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Business Analys, with previous experience in SSC finance, who will join an American consulting company with its Shared Service in Poland, Warsaw. The company offers, flexible working hours, mostly remote work and participation in international projects.

Scope of duties:
- Continuous implementation, optimization, adoption, and promotion of the Workday system for the global enterprise.
- Deploying new features and capabilities in Workday and other technologies, supporting documentation of requirements, configuration, test plans, and user acceptance criteria for feature, user story, and functional delivery.
- Partnering with business functions in Finance (Business Partners, Accounting, Financial Planning, Human Resources, Treasury, etc.) to understand and document requirements and enhance processes in the system.
- Developing and maintaining accounting and other business reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Providing technical consultations to business partners and specialists to support their program vision.
- Improving financial data quality, driving continuous improvements.
- Providing support for Workday, including researching and resolving complex Workday problems, unexpected results, or process issues.
- Managing system updates and versions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Hands on experience working with Workday Finance Module and good understading of its functions
- Experience as a Workday administrator or configuration.
- Preference for system administration or production support experience.
- Experience in SSC/BPO finance roles will be needed.
- Understanding of business needs, particularly from a Finance perspective.
- Knowledge of business process configuration, security administration, and reporting.
- Ability to manage system updates and versions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR workflows, Payroll, and other HCM processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is desirable.
- Prior experience in the professional client services industry is a plus.
