Marketing Manager

• Agency Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborating with product management and marketing teams at headquarters, as well as other departments like sales, you'll spearhead the development of strategies and campaign concepts. The aim is to consistently broaden our reach and generate high-quality sales leads.
• You'll be responsible for crafting and designing all marketing collateral for the German-speaking market (this includes advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and social media content, ensuring targeted engagement across all available online and offline channels).
• Working closely with the marketing team, you'll devise and execute action plans efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics against predefined key performance indicators, you'll pinpoint areas for optimization and implement targeted improvements.
• Additionally, you'll actively participate in trade fairs and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B performance marketing (MUST HAVE),
• You bring a solid background, ideally gained from agency roles, digital job marketing, or related fields,
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, along with other pertinent tools, is second nature to you.
• You're well-versed in marketing software and online platforms like Google Ads, Analytics, and more,
• Your skill set encompasses a diverse array of marketing methodologies, complemented
  by robust project management capabilities, and a willingness to delve into data analysis,
• Excellent communication,
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement,
• Moreover, you're open to the prospect of conducting marketing activities beyond the
  confines of Germany,
• English language skills at a communicative level (min.: B2),
• Fluent in German.
