Employees e-mobility Poland

2 min.

e-mobility of polish employees

Globalization, the spread of the Internet and the COVID-19 pandemic are constantly forcing organizations to adapt to the changing environment, but also to the needs of employees. For several years, labour market experts have been recognizing the need not only for fair remuneration for the work done, but also for participation in changes and the international
economy. Remote work, which was once a benefit, has now become an everyday reality and no one is surprised by the desire to work from home. This work model has opened up the opportunity for Poles to develop their careers outside their country. Relocation, although difficult in the era of the pandemic, is slowly giving way to the so-called e-mobility of
employees, which is understood as remote work for a foreign entity.

An undoubted challenge for domestic companies will therefore be to compete with foreign employers in terms of the offered remuneration, foreign language use and work opportunities in an international environment, as well as the possibility of working with the latest technologies. Even now, Polish employers face painful staff shortages in professions
related to IT, data analytics or finance.

The purpose of this report is to indicate the factors that limit Polish companies in acquiring valuable employees. Our research shows that while it will be difficult to compete with the international level of remuneration, it is easy to improve the issues related to access to modern equipment, technology or a foreign language. Our goal is not to create a negative image
of employers, but to give tips on how to become more competitive in the labour market and retain valuable employees.
