  • Ensuring reliable, efficient and effective client service, both in the implementation and the maintenance of processes, as well as by using clear communication and defined contact channels.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures for information assets, such as business secrets, confidential or personal data, depending on their importance, as well as regular analysis and updating of security measures.
  • Regular assessment of information security and business continuity risks, designation of risk owners and effective implementation of a risk minimization, avoidance or allocation plan.
  • Analyzing the impact of adverse events on business processes, defining scenarios for maintaining critical processes and restoring resources if necessary.
  • Designing information protection mechanisms to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability through access controls, permission levels and authenticity identification.
  • Hiring and taking care of the development of a team of specialists so that they are properly qualified and adapted to the organization’s development strategy.
  • Testing and improving security and business continuity mechanisms.
  • Ensuring optimal data center operation and physical security of data center campuses through 24/7/365 access control, monitoring and security systems.
  • Promoting reliability, trustworthiness and personal culture among the company’s employees in relations with colleagues, clients and partners.
  • Providing employees with comfortable, ergonomic and safe working conditions that endorse effective communication and cooperation.
