Director of Controlling of the Capital Group
Our client is a company from the service industry, a growing capital group, which is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Capital Group Controlling Director. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising financial controlling processes in the entire capital group and managing a team of 10 people.

Duties:
- Supervision of financial controlling processes in the entire capital group, including budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting and forecasting
- Managing the controlling team, including delegating tasks, conducting periodic assessments and developing employee competences
- Developing financial controlling strategies to optimize processes and achieve business goals
- Cooperation with various departments in the company to ensure consistency of financial data and support business decisions
- Monitoring financial indicators and identifying areas requiring corrective action
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial position in the financial controlling department, knowledge of the capital industry preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis tools and methods and reporting systems
- Ability to work under time pressure and excellent organizational skills
- Higher education (preferred fields related to finance, economics or related fields)
