Customer Service Specialist with German
city: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing and follow-up of all incoming customer inquiries and online order,
  • Review and adjust customer-related online orders in SAP and CRM,
  • Advising and supporting customers,
  • Support and consulting of sales and customer service,
  • Relationship management,
  • Positively position and promote sales of the entire product portfolio.

Expectations:

  • Higher degree,
  • Fluency in English and German language (min. B2),
  • Previous experience in Customer Service,
  • Knowlegde of MS Office, SAP, CRM- MS Dynamics,
  • High level of professionalism and responsibility,
  • Strong team player.
