Team Manager
city: Wrocław

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the recruitment, selection, promotion, and alignment of qualified and diverse talent,
  • Conduct assessments of the team to understand the level of knowledge and provide training where required,
  • Manages workflow, account assignments, account on-boarding, problem resolutions and resources for the team,
  • Develop and sustain process transitions from the US,
  • Collaborate with US customers,
  • Work together with other teams and leaders.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate,
  • Fluent in English (preffered C1 level),
  • 2 years of experience in leading a team (eq. Customer Service, Accounting, Finance etc.),
  • Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel),
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
