Junior Specialist with Finnish, Danish or Swedish

Responsibilities:

Daily contact with customers.

Supporting in terms of providing information.

Updating data in the system

Maintaining relationships with customers and business partners.

Servicing inquiries via telephone and email.
Requirements:

B2/C1 level of Finnish or Danish or Swedish.

B2 level of English (both written & spoken).

Patience, a strong sense of service and responsibility.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
