For our Client - an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced person for the position:

 

CTMs Line Manager (Clinical Team Manager)
 

The position

You will be responsible for maintaining the best in-class trial execution and quality, supporting development, leading a competent clinical team of Trial Managers located in any of our countries to create environment which allow Trial Managers meet the trial KPIs, and establishing and maintaining the professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Position will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Main tasks:

  • Manage the team of Trial Managers to successfully deliver start-up and recruitment of clinical trials across the 16 countries
  • Develop Trial Managers to be the strong drivers for best-in-class start-up and recruitment targets achievement
  • Enforce strategic planning by execution of clinical trial start-up and recruitment plans prepared by Trial Managers to fulfil ambitious trial goals
  • Regularly report on clinical trial execution, identified risks and mitigation plans to Clinical Operations Manager and Leadership Team
  • Manage trial management resource allocation in line with NN objectives and in close cooperation with the Clinical Operations Manager
  • Set-up and follow-up on Trial Managers individual goals and KPIs achievement
  • Drive the vision and culture of NN and company in order to achieve ambitious goals
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies and work in close cooperation with Leadership Team to implement necessary changes
  • Implement a honest feedback culture within the team by providing and receiving honest feedback on regular basis to team members
  • Identify development needs for Trial Managers, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and follow-up on their execution
  • Identify team training needs and lead implementation of training activities
  • Onboard newly hired Trial Managers
  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with key stakeholders across and beyond company

 

Qualifications:

  • Master?s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical operations/clinical trials execution in Pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Research Organization
  • Strong people management (min. 2-year experience in direct line management of project managers)
  • Strong ability to drive results and go beyond established goals
  • Ability to take a risk and drive change
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment, to be agile and proactively finding efficient ways of doing things
  • Proven decision making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
  • Successful collaboration in multi-national environment and proven successes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in clinical research including in project management
  • Fluency in English ? written and spoken
