The HRK Consumer Goods team supports companies operating in the FMCG industries and in similar areas in building effective teams. Actively cooperates, among others with producers and distributors of consumer electronics or DIY. The team cooperates with over 150 clients and has successfully completed over 800 recruitments. In addition to recruitment projects, the team has completed many consulting projects such as market mapping, HR consulting and management programs for the strongest FMCG brands on the market. The team operates within HRK S.A. one of the largest consulting companies in the field of human capital management. HRK offers recruitment services for middle and senior management, executive search services, research and development of professional potential (including Assessment & Development Center research), building career paths, as well as employer branding and HR and payroll services.


For our international client who is the leader in the gifting area for corporate clients (wellness and prestigious products & services), we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager for Poland. If you have experience in the B2B sector for corporations area (s.g. gifts, medical card, sports card, welcome packs, beauty service, custom-fits products and services don't hesitate to apply for this position).

Main responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Implementation of the brand strategy and introducing company in polish market 

  • Identify, reach out and recruit new potential partners & customers 

  • Building relationship with client and promote the values of brand 

  • Develop a deep understanding of your partner?s business model, organizational structure, and go to market strategies in order to drive channel sales

  • Drive revenue growth by successfully managing & expanding relationships with partners & customers 

  • Manage day-to-day operations for your partner & customer portfolio

  • Organize, support and participate in customer events and fairs. 


Skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in similar position 

  • Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing)

  • Proven track-record in B2B direct sales and/or channel sales

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners & customers 

  • Personal network in the polish promotional merchandise market or similar area 

  • Outstanding presentation skills

  • Highly service minded & goal-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
