We are opening a recruitment for a newly appointed function - Business Intelligence Analyst. The company is a capital group consisting of several large production and commercial companies in Poland, and the function itself is located in the HQ which supports / cooperates with analogical functions in operating companies. They work with QlikView but are currently migrating and will eventually work with QlikSense, they are keen to develop the candidate's skills, while some knowledge of at least PowerBI or QlikView is necessary.

Business Intelligence Analyst (finance)


  • Research reporting needs for finance and performance of the Polish operating entities 
  • Break down key business data
  • Develop suite of reports in Qlik Sense for target users ranging from individual contributors to Executive Team
  • Develop automated financial reporting in Qlik NPrinting
  • Interrogate SQL database to join and transform data for use in Qlik reports
  • Work with Finance and Sales departments to integrate data
  • Liaise with senior members of staff across regional departments to standardize financial processes
  • Foster an atmosphere of automation and financial insight
  • Standardize reporting with a focus on UX to enable business teams to self-serve
  • Hold the role root admin in QMC


  • University degree
  • +3 years of professional experience in working with data visualization solutions (preferably Qlik Sense)
  • Be a subject matter expert for all things automated financial reporting with predominant focus on Qlik
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyse and validate apps
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and sales reporting process
  • Provide high quality work in terms of equally substance and form
  • High attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and effectively drive the change
  • Ability to use advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to structure and convey ideas and information in a concise, effective and persuasive manner to bring clear understanding to the target audience
  • Advanced English
