The HRK Consumer Goods team supports companies operating in the FMCG industries and in similar areas in building effective teams. Actively cooperates, among others with producers and distributors of consumer electronics or DIY. The team cooperates with over 150 clients and has successfully completed over 800 recruitments. In addition to recruitment projects, the team has completed many consulting projects such as market mapping, HR consulting and management programs for the strongest FMCG brands on the market. The team operates within HRK S.A. one of the largest consulting companies in the field of human capital management. HRK offers recruitment services for middle and senior management, executive search services, research and development of professional potential (including Assessment & Development Center research), building career paths, as well as employer branding and HR and payroll services.

Key Account Manager is responsible for working with the company's biggest client to ensure the category & sales strategy is optimized to deliver the business goals. This exciting role is working with some of the fastest-growing and most profitable categories. Focused upon the continued joint partnership with the client the role includes managing relationships and driving new business opportunities.


  • Managing the day-to-day running of the category within the account.
  • Relationship mapping and governance.
  • Support channel JBP plans for our categories and work on annual plans
  • Support key customer meetings bringing together insight and foresight to drive the business
  • Ensuring the operational excellence of the account, front and back of house, cross-function.
  • Establishment and maintenance of sales operations procedures to improve efficiency provide potential cost savings and increase sales. This includes the management of the customer demand plans and forecasting


The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrable Key Account Management with full P&L for a key retail account (FMCG, Fashion, Hardware, DIY, Electronics)
  • Experience in navigating complex retail customers, priorities and organizations
  • A passion for technology trends, particularly their impact on retail and consumer landscapes
  • Experience of working with and optimizing growth categories
  • A relentless sense of curiosity; an interest in how and why things work as they do
  • Strong empathetic abilities & general emotional intelligence
  • A desire for continuous personal self-improvement
  • A very high level of motivation and a healthy competitive spirit
  • An ability to continually re-prioritize and a love of working continuously at a high pace
  • A track record of using both success and failure to learn and adjust your approach
  • Extensive experience in delivering measurable Key Performance Indicators success in a collaborative, win-win environment
  • A commercial creativity which allows you to build innovative customer propositions
  • Flexible and intuitive negotiation, persuasion, and commercial skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, and ability to focus on detail
  • The ability to take complex ideas or propositions and communicate them in an effective way
  • Track record of developing relationships with 3rd parties such as customers, vendors, distributors
