Customer Service Specialist with Spanish
Gdańsk

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing daily customer service to Spanish-speaking customers,
  • Managing and communicating with business partners,
  • Responding and resolving inquiries from partners regarding the calculation of payments, disbursements and other related inquiries,
  • Timely responding to various requests with order management, Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents,
  • Handling the entire payment process - processing, claims and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent command of spoken and written Spanish and English,
  • Computer literacy of upper-intermediate level (Office, esp. Excel),
  • Experience in the field of Customer Service, 
  • Excellent communication skills, very good teamwork,
  • Good work organization.
