For our Client, a global Consumer Goods producer, we're looking for a dynamic Candidate for the position of:

Marketing Manager Consumer Goods

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for a few product categories, including local communication (both ATL and BTL). You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you'll lead the team by example and will be responsible for your own Product Line (including some operational work).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan,
  • Manage the team of Brand Managers responsible for different product categories,
  • Managing integrated marketing campaigns,
  • Managing brand media budget and ROI,
  • Focusing on digital marketing tools to optimize the consumer journey,
  • Developing influencer programs to elevate brand image,
  • Creating content for digital platforms, social media and hard copy mediums,
  • Working with creative (ATL and BTL), advertising, digital, social media, PR agencies on marketing communication plans,
  • Competition assessment, consumer profiles, and research, industry trends,
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings,
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns

 

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in marketing of consumer goods (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Hardware, Automotive, etc.), ideally in data-driven and fact-based environments,
  • 3+ years experience in managing a team (Junior / Brand Managers), ability to lead by example,
  • Proficiency in brand marketing fundamentals (consumer/shopper, equity/products, go to market) and in particular, the ability to identify specific consumer, shopper, and industry insights to diagnose issues and opportunities and to translate them into a single-minded strategy and action plan that deliver on specific growth objectives and goals,
  • Driven and entrepreneurial in thinking and actions,
  • Fluency in Polish and English,
  • Ability to multi-task,
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills,
