Our client is an international production company who looking for position:

Program Manager
place of work: pomorskie

  • Coordination of the customer project of an OEM
  • Responsible for the project in the time between the quotation phase until the production starts, including 6 months after start of production
  • Responsible for controlling the tooling budget and monitoring project profitability
  • Tracking the change management
  • Creation and updating the detailed timing plan by using internal tools, as well as the tools/software that the customer is expecting us to use
  • Controlling spend costs
  • Verifying if the dates of the timing plan are being respected
  • Communication with all involved departments oft he involved manufacturing sites as well as external suppliers, as well as with the involved departments of the customer
  • Coordination with the internal departments industrialisation, quality, cost calculation and production
  • Direct, project oriented contact person fort he customer and the coordination between all involved customer departments, internal functional departments and final manufacturing site
Ideal candidate characteristics:
  • Multiple years of experience in automotive or electronics as a program manager
  • Good knowledge of English language is a must
  • Good skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Focused on cooperation and solution finding
  • The ability to think analytically and systemically, to formulate accurate conclusions
  • High independence and proactiveness in the organization of work
  • Respect for colleagues and high ethical standards
  • Flexibility in action, predisposition to work in a dynamically changing environment
  • Openness to feedback
