Our Client is a global leader providing innovative solutions, products and technology to customers in the agricultural sectors of over 100 countries worldwide. Due to the development of its structures in Poland and opening a new production plant in Poland this year, we are looking for candidates to fill the position of:

 

HR Specialist
place of work: near Wrocław

This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the Wroclaw location.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all personnel and temporary employees, conduct new-employee orientations
  • Maintains performance management and improvement plans
  • Communicates payroll, time and attendance and HR Personnel records
  • Conducts and/or sources employee development
  • Handles employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviewing.
  • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Maintains compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as an HR Specialist
  • Have strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law
  • Very good written and oral English language skills
  • Good interpersonal & organizational skills and ability to navigate cross departmental relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrates proactivity and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with problem solving abilities.
