Compensation & Benefits Director
Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Take the initiatives towards building and renewing the compan Compensation and Benefits agenda/strategy
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company?s strategic plan and installs them accordingly
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
  • Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee/company needs
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
  • Initiate job valuation and installs/update job architecture
  • Establishes and chairs community of practice for consulting the compensation and benefits strategic plan and updates on it
  • Choose and manages outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managers
  • Prepare a program budget and operate within that budget
  • Govern performance bonus management (process, calculations, budget check)
  • Manage of Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP)

Requirements:

  • Min. 4-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company
  • Deep knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, pensions, equity, etc.
  • Fluent level of English
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships at all levels throughout the organization
  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or similar
  • Proven leadership and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to develop and motivate
  • Highly proficient analytical and interpretive skills
  • Understanding of all related functional areas of the business
  • Ability to think conceptually and operate at a strategic level
