Job Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth for consumables and accessories
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets while aligning with company goals
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
- Promoting online purchasing and recurring order setups with customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations
- Researching competitors, analyzing trends, and identifying sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships, providing technical info, and preparing quotes
- Suggesting additional or new products based on customer needs and purchase history
- Attending marketing events like trade shows and seminars
- Preparing sales reports, tracking progress, and updating internal systems (e.g., SAP, CRM)
Requirements:
- Being fluent in English and Dutch
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), and other sales management tools
- Demonstrating success in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive mindset, willing to take initiative and work independently
