Role Purpose:
The Global Procurement Director is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing procurement and vendor management across the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in global procurement strategies, purchasing processes, and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Purchasing Management: Oversee the full purchasing process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
- Vendor Management: Build strong supplier relationships, focusing on performance evaluations, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing procurement and vendor management team.
- Cost Management and Budgeting: Manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in global procurement and vendor management, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Great people managment skills.
