Training
At HRK, we make sure that our employees constantly develop and expand their competences. If you choose the recruitment path, you will receive training in recruitment, sales, research, team management and competency interviewing.
The training is conducted by managerial staff and experienced HRK consultants. Additionally, we organize training in cooperation with external companies. We then focus on areas such as negotiations with the client, sales, time management, and building a professional image.
When working in the Payroll Consulting department, you can count on cyclical training in labor law and remuneration (legal changes and amendments), the Teta HR and payroll system, Microsoft Office, stress management and customer service.
