
Tomasz Sokołowski, Vice-President of HRK, became the new leader in the EMEA region for IRC Global Executive Search Partners. He will replace Gaye Özcan, who has occupied this position since 2016.
Tomasz’s tasks will include setting new directions for IRC development in the EMEA market (countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa) with respect to global executive search market trends, as well as coordination of the chain’s activity throughout Europe.
Tomasz Sokołowski is a graduate of foreign trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, with a major in finance and a course in business administration, organised by the University of Minnesota and the Warsaw School of Economics. He has 17 years of experience in the field of personnel consultancy. As Vice-President of HRK, his responsibilities include competence diagnosis projects, co-creation and participation in personal audit projects, the Assessment and Development Centre, mergers and takeovers, as well as employment restructuring.
According to the Hunt Scanion Global 25 ranking, IRC Global Executive Search Partners is currently the largest association network of executive search companies in terms of geographic range. IRC customers are serviced by more than 80 offices on six continents. The organisation currently associates 350 Executive Search consultants, who have implemented more than 30,000 projects for nearly 2,000 customers.
HRK S.A. has been the sole partner of the IRC chain in Poland since 2011.
