On 15 November, Piotr Mazurkiewicz, President of the Management Board of HRK, chaired his original panel with the participants in the Fund Industry Summit 2018 conference.
The essence of the panel discussion entitled ‘Is the capital market attractive to young people?’ was a discussion about the capital market from a young person’s perspective, an evaluation of the services offered by investment fund associations and knowledge of investment products. During the panel discussion, the audience could learn how young people perceive themselves in the job market. Are investment fund associations and other financial institutions a good place to start out and build a career? Do millennials think that employer branding is lacking in investment firms? What are their requirements? The panel’s unconventional format, a fire chat, encouraged a lively and thorough discussion between the panellists and invited guests. Through this exchange of questions and answers, the audience received an overview of millennials and their attitude to finances.
