The existing Labour Code is to change at the beginning of 2019. Our Payroll Consulting Department did not want to miss out on an event dedicated to this topic.
On 13 and 14 December, Payroll Consulting partnered the HR and Payroll conference at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel. The 2019 HR and Payroll conference was planned for December so that the participants could be presented with rock-solid information instead of drafts and predictions of government plans.
The 2019 HR and Payroll conference dispelled all doubts relating to the appearance of personal files and the limit of 30 times the amount of pension contributions. Through this event, we learnt whether a solidarity tax would be levied, and what exactly would the information reports submitted to the Social Insurance Institution look like in order to shorten the period of storage of personal files to 10 years. Discussions about the crucial changes and methods for their implementation in organisations were held at expert stands.
Igor Belczewski, from the HRK Employer Branding team, was a speaker at the conference. Igor talked about the changing job market and the need for an informed approach to building the employer’s image.
