Entrepreneur, experienced manager, Executive Search consultant, HR expert.In 2000, Zbigniew Woźniakowski, together with Tomasz Sokołowski, founded the HRK S.A. human resources consulting firm. From the very beginning, he has served as its President. Currently, he manages a team of over 400 experts in the fields of recruitment, HR consulting, and personnel and payroll administration.
Throughout his professional career, he has been closely involved in the field of human resources management. He is one of the pioneers of professional HR services in Poland. From 1993 to 2000, together with Tomasz Sokołowski, he led one of the first personal consulting firms on the Polish market, Take It, which was a branch of the leading European consulting firm, H. Neumann Management Group.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of International Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics and has also completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
