In 2000, Tomasz Sokołowski co-founded HRK S.A., a human resources consulting firm, alongside Zbigniew Woźniakowski. For over 20 years, he has served as the company’s Vice President and CFO. He is also responsible for the development of recruitment services for the power industry.
Until 2021, he managed the HR Consulting team, which specializes in competency audits, Assessment & Development Center projects, and candidate assessment in the recruitment process. He is a certified consultant for SHL tests and questionnaires.
Since 2018, he has been the leader of the EMEA region for Kestria, a global network of which HRK S.A. is a member.
From 1993 to 2000, together with Zbigniew Woźniakowski, he led Take It, the Polish branch of the Austrian company H. Neumann Management Group.
He is a graduate of the International Trade Department at the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration conducted by SGH and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
