Piotr, as the Managing Partner, is responsible for recruitment and Executive Search services, as well as marketing activities of HRK S.A. He joined HRK in 2005. He represents HRK within Kestria, an international association of companies offering Executive Search services, where he is the EMEA Practice Leader Financial Services and Banking.
Piotr has many years of experience in the financial industry. In the years 1998 – 2001 he worked as a Regional Director at Zurich Insurance Company. Then he was Development & Training Director at Credit Suisse Insurance Company. At the beginning of 2005 he joined Zepter International where he was responsible for training activities as Training Director. In January 2013, during a year-long break from work at HRK, he held the position of Member of the Management Board – Head of Sales & Marketing at AXA Assistance.
He is a graduate of finance and banking studies at the WSB University in Poznań, as well as post-graduate studies in project management. He has an MBA certificate issued by the Polish Open University – Oxford Brookes University.
