Paweł, as the Executive Director, is responsible for leading the HRK Real Estate & Construction and HRK Energy teams. He manages a team of consultants specializing in recruitment within the construction and energy sectors, also overseeing projects in managerial positions and Executive Search.
With over 12 years of experience in recruiting specialists and senior management, including at the CEE level, Paweł has extensive expertise in the fields of construction, energy and real estate. Throughout his professional career, he has led recruitment processes for international firms undertaking investments in general construction, roads, bridges, railways, hydrotechnical and energy sectors. Additionally, he has executed projects for developers and network companies.
He is a representative of HRK in the Polish Association of Construction Employers.
Paweł holds a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Krakow and has completed postgraduate studies in career counseling, career management, and coaching at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics).
