Mateusz has 10 years of experience in recruitment. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been supporting clients from the shared services center industry. Together with his subordinate teams, he has successfully completed over 1,000 recruitment processes for this sector.
He studied economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as psychology and management at the Kozminsky University in Warsaw.
