At HRK, he is a Senior Executive Director. Marcin is responsible for the HRK Engineering & Manufacturing and HRK Technical Sales & Service teams. He specializes in recruitment for positions in the broadly understood technical and automation industries, as well as automotive, electronics, metals, packaging and plastics, FMCG and cosmetics production. He carried out recruitment processes in Europe in countries such as the Czech Republic, Sweden and Germany.
He has several years of experience in implementing direct recruitment projects. He has successfully completed over 300 projects – from specialized engineers in technical sectors, through department managers, to directors of selected areas of production companies. He gained experience in DBM and Most Wanted!, where in 2010-2012 he was a Branch Manager responsible for the development of one of the company’s branches.
Marcin is a graduate of studies in the field of human resources management at the Wyższa Szkoła Managerska, as well as master’s studies in economics at the Wyższa Szkoła im. Tadeusz Skarbek in Warsaw.
