Małgorzata is the Managing Partner of HRK Payroll Consulting. She is responsible for managing relationships with over 200 clients, whom her team supports in the area of payroll administration.She joined HRK S.A. in 2003 and has built a team of over 260 experts who work in 6 cities, through her 20 years of experience.
Małgorzata has been involved in the HR industry since the beginning of her career. She gained experience working at Take It (H. Neumann Management Group) and Job Center.
She holds a degree in Social Sciences from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, as well as postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation (SWPS University), management (University of Warsaw), and Public Relations (Warsaw School of Economics).
