As a HRK Partner, Magdalena is responsible for the development of the HRK Financial Markets, Quant & Data Science, Legal & Business Advisory teams. She is an Executive Search consultant, an experienced lead assessor, a certified SHL and Insights Discovery trainer. In HRK, she went from Account Manager to the position of Partner.
For several years professionally associated with financial institutions. She worked both in the structures of financial companies in the area of sales, product, service and recruitment. She managed sales structures in financial institutions and a medical company. She worked as a business consultant for financial institutions, the legal sector and professional services. She has been involved in HR consulting since 2006. She gained her experience working as a Partner in a company providing Executive Search services.
She completed her MA and then her PhD studies in history at the University of Wrocław. A graduate of postgraduate studies in human resource management at the University of Personnel Management in Warsaw.
