As a HRK Partner, Jacek is responsible for the development of the Consumer Goods, Retail, e-Commerce and Procurement & Logistics teams. He directly recruits for Executive Search positions, mainly in the area of sales and marketing in Poland and in EU countries. Additionally, he serves as an assessor during Assessment Center sessions.
Jacek has nearly 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and the HR industry. He started his professional career in the largest concern Starwood in the hotel industry, and from 2007 in personnel consulting. During his work, he was responsible for the implementation of projects for leading companies in the FMCG and Retail industries for managerial and directorial positions, both in Poland and the CEE region. He has completed over 400 projects for middle and senior management positions and over 50 Executive Search projects.
He graduated in hotel management at the Warsaw Management University. He is a graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of HR Business Partner conducted by the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
