Currently, she is the director of the human resources services department. At HRK, she provided internal services to companies for 16 years, creating internal regulations, orders, instructions and guidelines.
Since 1997, she has been gaining experience in the HR area. She is the author and co-author of sample documents, guidelines, procedures, cooperation agreements, and information on changes in the law offered to payroll clients. She is a trainer of the TETA HR system and an innovator in the field of system changes (e.g. implementation of PPK solutions in 2019 and again in 2023 as part of the so-called auto-enrolment). Co-author of CRM and HRM solutions.
A graduate of the University of Commerce and Law (currently Lazarski University). She completed postgraduate studies in psychology and sociology in human resources management (Wyższa Szkoła Menadżerów), labor law (Jagiellonian University) and personal data protection (Kozminski University).
